Your first few minutes
You can explore the city, browse Discover and open public building pages without signing in. Sign in when you want to save an account draft, claim or buy a plot, publish, or favorite another building.
- Find your placeExplore the map and select an available plot.
- Make it yoursDesign a building and confirm a claim or purchase.
- Open to the cityPublish, share your building and follow its activity.
Find the right page
- My properties
- Your saved Westgate designs and links back to their plots. A saved draft alone does not confirm ownership.
- My purchases
- Payment status, order references, price breakdowns and purchase records.
- Building statistics
- Visits, website clicks and favorites for your published buildings.
- My profile
- Your display name appears immediately. Descriptions, logos and links become public after approval.
Move around
Click or tap a plot or building to open its details. Drag to pan; use the mouse wheel or pinch to zoom. Right-drag or middle-drag to orbit on desktop; use two fingers on touchscreens. Use the building panel’s rotation button to turn your design.
Sign in and return to your account
Choose Sign in in the header. If email is offered, enter the one-time code sent to your inbox. New email accounts receive a wallet in the background; no browser wallet extension is needed. You can also use an existing supported Solana wallet and approve the sign-in message. Signing in does not make a purchase or charge SOL.
Return with the same sign-in method to find your purchases and designs. If you already own plots with an external wallet, sign in with that wallet first, then choose Account → Add email sign-in when available. You will still need that wallet to finish signing in. Creating a separate email account does not move existing purchases.
If the account menu shows Finish account setup or Finish signing in, complete that step before buying or publishing. When you have multiple linked wallets, select the one that owns your plots.
Choose an available plot
Select a plot to see its availability. Existing city landmarks stay in place. A plot may be unavailable because another player claimed or purchased it, a checkout is in progress, or City control reserved it. An empty-looking site is not always available.
Where free claims are offered, choose Choose free test plot. The limit is one free claim per account wallet in the current round. This is temporary test access, separate from paid purchases. A private preview does not reserve the site.
Where purchases are offered, place a fitting building preview, choose Review purchase and review the complete price before continuing to Stripe. The plot is yours only after payment is confirmed.
Design a building that fits
Choose Create design preview in the plot panel to open the horizontal building catalogue. Scroll or swipe through the pictures and select a model to start your preview. Adjust floors, rotation and facade in the plot panel. If it is too large, rotate it or choose a smaller building. The available controls depend on the model.
| Building | Floors |
|---|---|
| Townhouse | 2–8 |
| Slab Apartments | 2–12 |
| Corner House | 2–10 |
| Terrace House | 5–12 |
| Meridian Tower | 30–45 |
| Terrace Quarter | 20–35 |
| Compact Tower | 15–40 |
| Obsidian Crown | 30–48 |
| Estate House | 2 · fixed |
| Pixly Loft Office | 3–6 |
Place building confirms your private preview. It does not buy the plot or publish the design. While signed in, account drafts are available from My properties. Check the save status before leaving.
On a purchased plot, redesign within your paid floor capacity at no extra cost. Additional floors require a separate confirmed upgrade. Reducing a design’s floor count does not automatically refund an earlier purchase.
Understand the price and your purchase
A virtual plot costs $5.00. Building floors are added: floor 1 costs $1.00, floor 2 costs $1.10, floor 3 costs $1.20, and so on. Prices are one-time amounts in USD. Models have minimum floor counts; use the table above when choosing a building.
| Floors | Building | Total with plot |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | $2.10 | $7.10 |
| 5 | $6.00 | $11.00 |
| 10 | $14.50 | $19.50 |
| 30 | $73.50 | $78.50 |
Upgrades charge only additional floors at their floor prices. For example, going from 2 to 5 paid floors costs $3.90; you do not buy the plot again. The checkout quote is the final price to review.
After checkout, open My purchases. Payment confirmed means the order completed. Awaiting payment confirmation means it is still pending; use Refresh payment status before trying again. Checkout expired does not confirm ownership. You can resume or cancel an open checkout from its plot panel.
Open a purchase record to see its order reference and price breakdown, or print it. A floor-upgrade record shows the resulting floor capacity and only the extra amount charged. Test records are labeled; they are not live purchases. Review the purchase terms shown before any live payment.
Decide what the city sees
Only the account that holds the plot’s current claim or confirmed purchase can publish there. Place a fitting building, then choose Publish building. Your public building is separate from your private working draft.
- Edit my design
- Change your private draft while visitors keep seeing the last publication.
- Update publication
- Share your latest building, floor count, rotation and facade. Favorites remain attached to the building.
- Unpublish
- Remove your building from public view. This does not cancel a purchase or refund payment.
Building names and descriptions need approval. Until then, visitors see a standard name or your previously approved text. Profile descriptions, logos and links also require review; your profile display name appears immediately. Private billboard edits and outdoor arrangements are not included in publication.
If a design or publication changed in another session, use Reload account design or Reload publication, review the latest version, then try again. The existing public version stays visible during a conflict.
Visit, favorite and share
Discover brings together the building of the week, recent publications, most-favorited buildings and your favorites. Open a card for the public building page, then choose Visit to find it in the 3D city.
Sign in to favorite another player’s building, once per account wallet. You can remove the favorite later. Use Share to send a building link, or Download share card on its public page. Recipients can view public buildings without signing in.
City control chooses the building of the week manually. A selection awards the creator a lasting Featured building profile badge. Weeks start Monday at 00:00 in Europe/Zurich. Withdrawn or hidden buildings leave the current showcase.
Open the city’s Activity panel to see recent publications and the weekly feature.
Read your building’s activity
Building statistics shows your published buildings. The same aggregate counts appear on each public building page.
- Visits · last 7 days
- Recorded building views, with repeated visits deduplicated.
- Website clicks · last 7 days
- Recorded clicks through the building’s approved website button, also deduplicated.
- Favorites · current total
- Active favorites, including those added earlier than seven days ago. Removing a favorite lowers this total.
Signed-in activity on your own building is excluded. These are activity counts, not a promise of unique people, advertising reach or sales. If nothing appears yet, confirm that your building is published and refresh the statistics.
Billboards and outdoor areas
Some buildings offer billboard and outdoor design tools. Your personal billboard messages, logos, effects and landscaping remain private previews. Publishing a building currently shows its built-in billboard text.
To give visitors a public way to find your company now, set your profile name and submit a description, logo and website for approval. Your display name and approved profile information can appear with your public building.
When something does not look right
I cannot find my purchases.
Use the same email account or wallet as at checkout. If you linked email to an existing external wallet, reconnect that wallet and finish signing in. Open My purchases and refresh payment status. A separate account will not show the original account’s orders.
I paid, but my building is not visible to others.
Confirm the payment in My purchases, then return to the plot and choose Publish building. Payment and publication are separate steps.
My saved design is there, but I cannot publish it.
A draft does not give you access to a plot. Check that this account holds its claim or purchase, the building fits, and its floors do not exceed your paid capacity.
My name or billboard edit has not appeared.
Names and descriptions wait for approval; your last approved text stays visible. Private billboard edits are not made public by publishing a building.
The plot says reserved or unavailable.
It may be a city reservation, an existing claim or purchase, or an open checkout. Refresh the plot status. Existing landmarks are not automatically for sale.
My edits are missing on another device.
Account building drafts require sign-in and a successful save. Billboard and outdoor previews may be stored only in the browser where you edited them. Check the save message in the relevant editor.
