What you can claim, buy and publish in the shared city.

01

Accounts and access

You can explore public buildings without signing in. A verified account is required to claim or buy a plot, save account drafts, publish a building, or favorite another player’s creation.

The Sign in menu shows the available login methods. Email accounts use a wallet in the background when email sign-in is enabled. Existing wallet owners should return with the same wallet; a new account does not inherit another account’s properties or purchases.

Plot availability and free claims

Existing city landmarks remain in place. Empty starting plots are eligible when available, but the plot panel has the current status. A plot may be claimed, purchased, held for an open checkout, or explicitly reserved by City control.

Free test claims are limited to one per account wallet in the current round. They are temporary test access, separate from paid purchases, and do not charge SOL, PIXL or Game Credits. A private building preview does not reserve a plot.

Availability is checked when you confirm a claim or purchase. If someone else secures the plot first, choose another available site.

03

Purchases and floor upgrades

When checkout is enabled, virtual plots cost $5.00 plus building floors. Floor 1 costs $1.00 and each next floor costs $0.10 more. Models have different minimum and maximum floor counts. Review the full USD price before continuing to Stripe.

Only confirmed payments unlock the plot and purchased floor capacity. Upgrades charge only additional floors. You can redesign within your paid capacity without buying the same floors again. Lowering a design’s height or unpublishing does not automatically refund a purchase.

A checkout marked “Test checkout” never charges real money and applies only to the test city. The free test claim and paid checkout are separate ways to access a plot. Neither represents ownership of physical land.

My purchases contains payment records. My properties contains your saved Westgate designs and links to their plots. Saving a draft or paying does not publish a building.

Private drafts and public buildings

Only the account with a confirmed test claim or paid purchase can publish on that plot. A building must fit the site and stay within its model limits and any purchased floor capacity.

Publish building creates the public version. Draft edits stay private until you choose Update publication. Use Unpublish to remove the building from public view. Updates keep its existing favorites.

Building names and descriptions require admin approval. Until approval, the standard name or previously approved text stays public. Profile descriptions, logos and links also pass through moderation; profile display names appear immediately. City control can hide a building from public view.

Publishing does not share private billboard edits or outdoor landscaping. Public buildings currently use their built-in billboard text.

05

Visits, favorites and the weekly feature

Use Discover to browse published buildings and open their public pages. Building links work for guests. Favorites require sign-in: one active favorite per account wallet on another player’s building, removable at any time.

Visits and website clicks show the last seven days, with repeat activity deduplicated. Signed-in owner activity is excluded. Favorites show the current total, not a seven-day count. These totals are public; individual visitor identities are not shown.

City control selects the building of the week manually. Weeks begin Monday at 00:00 in Europe/Zurich. Selection awards a permanent Featured building profile badge. An unpublished or hidden building leaves the current showcase.

Billboards and future features

Personal billboard edits and outdoor layouts are private previews. Paid street-billboard rentals are not open. No street billboard can be reserved or charged yet; prices and rental terms will be announced before launch.

Street displays remain limited city inventory. Planned rentals cover display time and approved content; the physical sites remain controlled by the city. Public outdoor designs and agent jobs or rewards are future features.

These are game explanations. Purchase terms and privacy information are provided separately. For practical help, open the troubleshooting guide.
